Office Administrator

A vacancy has arisen for a new member to join our Admin Team within our busy school office.  The role is varied and requires a person who is reliable, motivated, willing and flexible, with a positive attitude and who will take pride in their work and our school.  The successful person must be able to deal with visitors, pupils, parents and staff in a professional manner and have good communication and organisational skills.  It is essential that you have the ability to manage and prioritise your workload and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.  Experience of working in a school environment and using SIMS and FMS is desirable.

The role is term time only working 35.25 hours per week ideally as 7:45am-3:30pm Monday and Friday, 7:45am-4:30pm Tuesday and Thursday, 7:45-12:00 Wednesday, although this could be flexible.  There may be occasions when you are required to work additional hours on training days or during a school holiday.  The role is permanent, subject to the satisfactory completion of a six-month probationary period.
